Blaqline Properties

Terms

Push the capability. Keep the authority clear.

Blaqline is building technology to make real estate operations more informed, connected, and capable. We intend to push that work forward aggressively without pretending software, automation, or intelligence replaces the people responsible for the decision.

These terms apply to the Blaqline Properties public website.

Future authenticated products, resident experiences, transactions, or other governed workflows may require additional terms appropriate to those specific capabilities.

01

Use the site as context, not authority.

Blaqline Properties shares information about our portfolio, operating approach, lessons, and technology development. Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, investment, brokerage, engineering, construction, housing, or other professional advice.

02

Technology should add capability.

Blaqline REOS is being developed as a technology-forward operating platform intended to improve context, organization, evidence, collaboration, continuity, and decision support. Technology may help people understand a situation more clearly, ask better questions, prepare work, and coordinate with others.

03

Technology does not manufacture authority.

A software system, automated workflow, recommendation, model output, summary, or analysis does not replace the judgment or authority of an owner, resident, licensed professional, qualified trade, attorney, accountant, lender, broker, inspector, regulator, or other person responsible for a consequential decision.

04

Collaboration stays human.

Our approach is collaborative by design. Brokers, vendors, residents, inspectors, advisors, trades, community representatives, and other professionals may each hold knowledge that technology does not. Blaqline seeks to make that context easier to understand and preserve, not to erase the people responsible for the work.

05

Do your own diligence.

Property information can change, records can be incomplete, conditions can be hidden, and reasonable people can reach different conclusions from the same facts. Anyone evaluating a property, transaction, project, service provider, or operating decision remains responsible for appropriate independent diligence and professional review.

06

No promise of a particular outcome.

We may describe our own experiences, operating lessons, decisions, or results. Those experiences are specific to their circumstances. They are not guarantees that another property, owner, resident, investment, renovation, vendor relationship, or decision will produce the same result.

07

Respect the platform and the people using it.

You may not misuse this site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, collect information without authorization, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

08

Our work remains our work.

Unless otherwise stated, the Blaqline name, visual identity, written material, original photography, product concepts, design, and other original content presented through this site remain the property of their respective owner. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership or grant permission to commercially reproduce Blaqline materials.

09

Third parties remain independent.

References or links to brokers, vendors, professionals, communities, platforms, websites, or other third parties do not make those parties part of Blaqline and do not automatically constitute an endorsement. Their services, representations, terms, privacy practices, and performance remain their responsibility.

10

The platform will evolve.

Blaqline is actively developing its operating model and technology. Features, content, workflows, availability, and product direction may change as we learn, test, and improve. Proposed or described capabilities should not be understood as implemented, available, or verified unless we expressly say that they are.

11

Privacy is part of the terms of trust.

Use of this site is also subject to our Privacy notice. We believe access to information does not create unlimited permission to use it, and future authenticated systems may require additional notices, agreements, permissions, and controls appropriate to the information and workflow involved.

12

Questions are welcome.

If something on this site is unclear, appears inaccurate, or raises a question about how Blaqline operates or how a technology capability should be understood, contact us. We would rather clarify the boundary than allow an assumption to become the answer.
